Losing someone you love is devastating, you want the entire world to stop and take notice, yet life continues all around you.
You might feel like your own life comes to a crashing halt: and seeing others smile, talk and live their lives brings up emotions that are confusing. You might feel anger, frustration, resentment and sadness in one single minute.
You might doubt that counseling could even help…it won’t bring back the person you lost. There seems no way out of the incredible pit of despair and unbearable pain.
Reaching out takes energy from where you feel is nothing left… I understand… AND I hope to help you find ways how to regain your strength, how to express difficult emotions and understand them. Our time together will also include tools that support you in your grieving process, anxiety/sleep management, coping skills and self-care practices.
Everyone's path is unique and I am here to walk beside you on this difficult journey.
“Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed, and very dear”
